Sami Fendall is a British production designer based in London working across theatre, film and fashion.
Sami has been nominated for the 2021 Fedora prize for her collaboration with Choreographer Morgan Runacre Temple on their production ‘Hotel’ for the Birmingham Royal Ballet. In 2019 she was awarded overall winner of the Linbury Prize for Stage Design.
Most recently Sami art directed a series of three mono drama films for the Royal Opera House, and worked as production designer with director, Tom Shkolnik on his latest dance film, The women by the lake.
Currently Sami is designing the feature film Catching Dust in collaboration with Director, Stuart Gatt.
Graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
